Machines for the production of reinforcements for lintels

Machines of own construction

Working either during the production of roof trusses or, for example, the production of reinforcement for lintels, we tried not only to gain experience, but also to deepen our knowledge in such a way that it would help us not only in the ordinary process of steel straightening. We wanted to know the operation of the devices on which we make our materials, and then we tried to produce machines ourselves that would meet much higher requirements.

First class devices

Currently, the entire production of Artbet trusses is carried out on machines of our own construction. We have, among others, a straightening machine for straightening a wire and a rolling mill for wires with diameters ranging from F6 to F12. We also have high-performance automatic machines for the production of steel trusses and an automatic machine for lintel beams.

Own service facilities

We have our own service facilities, thanks to which we are able to react very quickly to any failure. As a result, we reduce production downtime to a minimum, which of course translates into timely order fulfillment.
